Rob Lalonde is an American Ice Hockey player. Lalonde has played in the Hockey East, ECHL, and AHL.

A native of Williamsville, New York, Lalonde attended Merrimack College. In the 2004–05 season he scored the second highest amount of goals of any player on Merrimack's defense, after Bryan Schmidt.[1] After graduating, he played four seasons with the Reading Royals. He has played twenty eight games in the AHL with five different teams.
Lalonde underwent shoulder surgery in 2009.[2] A defenceman, he is known for his skill on the power play.[2]
